The Hallenstein Glasson Group comprises of two brands, Hallensteins Brothers and Glassons each operating in its distinct position in the fashion apparel market in New Zealand and Australia. My role provides strategic leadership of the Group by working with the Board and the CEO of each brand to establish, implement and manage the goals, strategies, plans and policies of the Group to achieve profitable growth within the Australasian marketplace.

My role is to provide operational leadership to Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited (Glassons, Hallensteins and Storm) by working with the Group CEO and senior management team to implement and manage the direction, goals and strategies of the company to achieve profitable growth within the New Zealand and Australian markets. I am responsible for all operational aspects of the Group including Finance, Property, Distribution, Logistics, Web, and IT.

Responsible for supporting the Buying Directorate by driving a profitability step change by identifying, negotiating and securing opportunities in the supply base in order to realise the delivery of the Directorate Operating plan.

Responsibility of supporting the business in all commercial aspects of the buying strategy and managing the end to end process of securing financial recoveries from existing partners. Undertaking analysis in preparation of negotiations to further improve profitability across all product areas including Concessions, Brands and Own Buy.

Responsibility of working alongside the Regional Operations Teams, providing financial support and challenging the financial performance of the business. Working directly with both the Vice President of Operations and the Vice President of Finance.
