As owner of Kirkby Lonsdale Brewery, The Royal Barn, The Orange Tree Hotel and craft Coffee Roasters, I am an award winning specialist Brewer and coffee roaster repsonsible for creating and distributing award winning craft beers and lagers along with specialist coffee roasting all onsite at our also award winning Royal Barn tap house. With many years experience owning and managing start up businesses in the hospitality industry and a specialist and expert brewer I am a natural leader with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop excellent relationships, designing new beers inhouse and for external clients meeting their specific requirements. When not at work I can be found adventuring or endurance racing tackling and successfully completing some of the toughest self supported multi day bike packing races in the world. Mostly powered by two wheels or on foot being a proud Ambassador for Alpkit and Sonder Bikes.
