This required manipulating the Modular estimate within WinEst to account for the differences in quantities, schedules, costs, manning, and further indirect’s that come from a Stick Build methodology.Involved in estimate presentations to the Client in order to answer any query’s the client had on the Quantities, build-up of the estimates unit rates and productivities thus giving the client a full understanding of the estimate.
