In my new role at Sure, I am tasked with bringing our Professional Services Engineers and B2B Network Engineers together to form a single cohesive and highly efficient support and implementation team operating across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

As the acting Enterprise Support & Operations Manager I lead the Enterprise Support and Sure Service Operations Centre teams, bringing the two functions together to align frontline and second line support into a single cohesive entity of 16 engineers and technicians.

As Enterprise Support Managed I focus on developing and delivering an expanded portfolio of managed services and introducing increased levels of automation/AI/ML across our tool set. I manage two distinct teams providing different managed services product sets.

This was a fantastic supplement to my lecturing role and I had a great time supporting various SME business with their networking and Office 365 needs.C5 Alliance is an exceptional company and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I was employed at Highlands University Centre primarily to teach computer networking, IT security, IT service management and project management to students studying for the FdSc Degree in Information Technology for Business.Alongside this, I also taught a range of industry professional qualifications such as ITIL v3 Foundation, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+.

• Project managed the conversion of an unused warehouse into a state of the art data centre in Guernsey.
• Improved efficiency and reduced costs by modernizing the entire IT infrastructure including server and messaging infrastructures.
• Enabled secure remote working practices by building new perimeter firewalls, and utilizing VPN and OWA technologies.
• Complete desktop refresh from Windows NT to Windows XP Pro and migration from Office 2000 to Office 2003.
