I spent nearly a decade at Welkin Telecom Infra Pvt. Ltd where I served as a Back Office Executive from 2010 to 2018. During this time, I gained invaluable experience in handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.Transitioning to Quess Corp Ltd in 2019, I took on the role of Senior Process Executive, where I honed my skills in process management and optimization. Here I started my journey in Human Resource concepts. Over the course of five years, I actively contributed to enhancing efficiency and productivity within the company by payroll process, employees joining and exit process, part of compliance activities, HR policies etc.Currently, I am proud to be part of Oshea Herbals Pvt Ltd as an HR Executive, a role I undertook in 2024.
