Administering the District Attorney Community Accountability Diversion Program in the 2nd Prosecutorial District (Beaufort, Hyde, Martin, Tyrrell, and Washington counties) for the District Attorney’s office using pre-approved criteria that was established during the development and implementation of the diversion program. Conduct background checks by using CJLeads and ACIS Travel to each county to offer the diversion program to qualifying defendants at the beginning of each court session. Provide victim services for the victim related cases.Input all defendant and case related information into ExcelCommunicate with district attorney, defense attorney, law enforcement, victims, and defendants until case has been disposed.
