Summer Rogers is a 911 Telecommunicator at Onslow County Emerency Management. Colleagues describe them as "I had the pleasure of having Summer as an intern, supporting the marketing team for the All of Us Research Program at Scripps Research. She developed a social media influencer plan. This was something that was on the back burner for many months, and she came in and took ownership of the project with creativity, organization and strategic thinking. In many years of working with interns, Summer really stands out. She is sharp, bright, mature, and willing to take initiative and work with little direction.
