Capture and Proposal Operations Associate – Providing operations support at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) on a multi-billion dollar Intelligence Community (IC) opportunities. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: -Perform and track data calls with 30+ teammates; upon receipt of response, perform quality analysis as well as information correlation to be used by capture leadership-Establish internal and external Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) with potential teammate companies and individuals; this includes following-up with stakeholders for quality and timeliness-Manage capture and proposal artifacts such as NDA tracking, Data Call Responses, and Analysis Output in Microsoft SharePoint-Work with teammate companies and representatives to establish accounts and access to Microsoft OneDrive, which used for online information sharing with external entities-Provide general proposal coordination (such as scheduling and production logistics) support for Request for Proposal (RFP) Response development and color team reviews.
