Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches for the region. Analyzing the portfolio health and risk involved in particular segment of assets & profile. Appraising the credit proposal and monitoring for timely sanction and disbursement. Ensuring portfolio quality is maintained at the highest standards and delinquency is under control. Building and leading a highly effective team. Striving for continuous improvement in productivity. To co-ordinate with and manage external vendors as necessary, Review and upgrade vendor service quality. Undertake detailed review and assessment of loan proposal made by Credit Managers as per the credit policies and procedures laid down by the company. Highlight risks and mitigating measures as appropriate. Understand and employ various techniques necessary to ensure quality of portfolio of loans underwritten is high. Monitor & report performance of portfolio of branches tagged to the Credit Manager on a periodic basis through publication of relevant MIS reports to the higher management as per timelines laid down by the company. Recommend credit policy update basis trends noticed in portfolio behavior, Policy & Process Compliance
