Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches for the region. Monitor & report performance of portfolio of branches tagged to the Credit Manager on a periodic basis through publication of relevant MIS reports to the higher management as per timelines laid down by the company.
