- Supervise and coordinate with toll blenders, raw-material suppliers ⎪ and logistics for timely order execution and OTIF deliveries as per
the customer’s requirements.
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and between delivered and pending deliveries. Compile data and lead weekly/monthly strategic meetings with top management to increase EBITDA and reducing cash OPEX.
- Plan weekly and monthly production schedule with toll blenders in liaison with customers and execute order. - Supervise, coordinate and approve inspection and quality with agencies (Intertek & SGS) for product compliance and quality certification.
- Preparation and legalization of export documents (air/sea/road) with Dubai Chamber of Commerce. - Coordinate and approve product transfers between intercompany entities across the region (Italy, Belgium, Sudan, Durban, Turkey & Malaysia) and ensure timely delivery to customer based on end to end costing.

- Cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, SC Planning and 3PL’s to continuously improve processes, KPI’s and improve cost, services and building frameworks and approval matrixes. − Ownership of team capabilities (11 associates) development plan, both functional and personal development. - Manage operations relating to delivery, supply & forecast matters, case-fill, order-fill, on time deliveries and other measures of accuracy along with other day-to-day work.- Collaborate with the 3PL’s to track and manage warehouse stock levels and stock age to ensure a proper base for the Planning team, follow FIFO and provide strategic direction for depletion of stock when needed including NQC management.
- SAP and EDI key user for Outbound and Inbound. - Lead monthly MENA region supply chain management review with senior regional management and operations. - Responsible for warehouse operations (Transmed), supplier operations (Massar, Diamond-Lease, Transguard) and budget.

- Reconciliation of 17 credit vans on a monthly basis and improving the accuracy continuously creating governance and compliance in van based sales operations. 
- Responsible for accuracy of Kanban system for replenishment of cash delivery vans and assign team members for corrections if needed. 
- Lead Lower Gulf Claims Project to automate and increase efficiencies in the process of financial reversals. - Co-Pilot Project Palm (sales automation system) to create automated process working with finance, sales, SAP FE, marketing and Asseco) to create functional VSM. 
- Responsible for van and helper operations (Massar, Diamond-Lease and Transguard).

- Establish priorities and establish production-planning schedule based on demand and sales requirement. 
- Maintain optimum stock levels based on kanban stock inventory. 
- Lead weekly shortage meeting between purchasing, machine shop, stores and paint shop. 
- Ensure that quality related issues are processed on the ERP system and create NCR work orders/scrap parts as required. 
- Coordinate and solve issues if any with assembly builders. Ensure continuous workflow exists at all times. 
- Ensure assemblies are shipped off on the respective sales orders to customers/branches by due date.

- Analyze, update and maintain demand/supply between Thailand and Australian plants. 
- Create shipping plan of product to Thailand plant ensuring DIFOT targets are met. Liaise with 3PL’s (Agility, UPS, DHL). 
- Liaise with purchasing, engineering, shop floor and marketing to ensure that the required product is received by Thailand plant on time. 
- Head premium freight register (PFR) to ensure costs are cross-charged by liaising with department and finance. 
- Work closely with departments to prepare Value Stream Mapping of logistics processes, including the identification
of gaps and opportunities and recommending changes to senior management

•Warehouse re-design- movement of stock to efficiently more suitable locations, re allocation of space based on sales figures, forecasting, space creation for incoming stock.•Collaboration with project and operation managers from ‘Mantra 100 Exhibition’, ‘Mantra on the park’ and ‘the Mercure-Spring Street’. Liaise with these project stakeholders on an ongoing basis•Organize, plan and co ordinate a team of 20 at the hotels, transport and warehouse.
