In line with the set processes within the agreed timelines. Support delivery teams to develop and maintain talent across the organization based on the business requirements through planned and organized training. Maintaining a healthy relationship with all employees in order to sustain healthy Employee Engagement levels, and support delivery teams to engage employees across functions. Receive, acknowledge, and work on various requests raised by employees in a timely manner and be accountable for the closure of the requests raised.
