- Develop and execute a strategic go to market plan, comprehensive content, and delivery strategy designed to maximize client adoption, reduce time to value, increase application stickiness, drive revenue growth, and build internal expertise- Oversee education sales and delivery initiatives, including sales and renewals, marketing campaigns, On-Demand Learning Pass subscription consumption, live events, and internal enablement of training solutions - Align with Partner ecosystem to create and maintain high quality and scalable partner certification training portfolio that aligns with Partner Success levels- Build relationships with strategic partners across multiple departments at BlackLine, collaboratively guiding decision making and prioritization on behalf of our customers' and partners' best interests, including providing thought leadership on best practices that optimize the impact of learning investments and the design of the customer and partner learning experience in BlackLine U and other channels- Lead, manage, develop, and mentor a team of industry-leading learning and development professionals, including recruiting/hiring, development, and performance management- Optimize the team for operational excellence aligned to other BlackLine teams to create an integrated, exceptional customer experience- Evaluate content and program effectiveness through defined success metrics and stakeholder feedback- Own BlackLine's external-facing Learning Management System (LMS)- Ensure learning programs adopt new technologies, techniques, and innovation to keep our learning up to date with the products and solutions
