I’m a human movement specialist who uses movement instruction, education and manual bodywork to help people in maturing bodies move more easily, so they can enjoy their favorite activities — whatever those are.With more people than ever living beyond eight decades, it should be easier for maturing bodies to find the guidance, instruction, and support they need to live well in their changing bodies. I help this population understand, befriend and train their bodies to keep up with their full lives, so they can stay active for as long as they want to.
