* Partner with the hiring managers and help them navigate the way to identify the best candidate byproviding insights of the on‑ground candidate pool* Helping hiring managers to set up an effective interview process for the candidates, keeping in mind thecandidate experience as well as making sure that the interview process is robust* Work as a talent advisors to hiring managers when hiring for a niche/challenging role. Have alsoconducted round table meetings with the interview panel to make sure that everyone is on the samepage* Recruit with an emphasis on identifying and hiring a diverse workforce, evaluate candidate jobexperience, education, skills, training, organisational fit and future potential.* Responsible for recruiting in the Sales, Sales Operation, G&A business sectors* Conducting detailed HR interviews, working on salary fitments & negotiating compensation packages tooffer candidates.* Experience in conducting drives at junior level and have also worked with campuses to create acandidate pool for hiring at entry level roles* Exposure to work on portals like Naukri, Indeed & LinkedIn for India and Singapore Market
