I have developed a broad spectrum of talents in the IT field with a primary focus in IT Asset Management; software and hardware asset management, CMDB Administration, multi-source data reconciliation, software licensing compliance reporting, software application and patch object packaging and distribution, installation and configuration, workflow/process development and implementation, and excellent written and verbal communication.Throughout my career I have become experienced with various industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Remedy, Microsoft SCCM and Tanium. I am highly proficient in the use of ServiceNow Asset Management modules, creation and updating of Configuration Items and related Dashboards, creating and maintaining CI relationships, and over the years have created hundreds of reports for several government agencies using the Reports module.
