Appointed as Project Manager for the Pakistan team of a USA based Accounting, Tax, Management and Technology consulting firm. Job responsibilities include;• Creating dashboards in MS Excel by compiling data from different applications for the management comprising of progress for the projects, staff utilization, cost & revenue analysis;• Provide support to the CEO in achieving the firm’s strategic and performance goals including reviewing team performance against the strategic objectives and tracking team’s key performance indicators in the form of dashboard analytics highlighting improvement areas as shown in data analysis;• Prepare Budgets as part of Financial planning and evaluating the variance;• Monitor the core internal operations of the client accounting team and client-based projects• Provide appropriate support to client accountants and specialists on performance improvement areas identified by human resource, task planning and progress tracking methods using project management tools such as MS Project and Asana;• Establishing and leading process improvement initiatives by creating process flow diagrams and evaluating loopholes to ensure team efficiency and timely servicing of client projects• Thrive for optimal resource capacity utilizations;

Gained expertise in the Oracle HCM solution and Oracle Business Intelligence. Was a part of 4 complete implementation life cycles. Furthermore, enriched my project management skills as I was entrusted by the Firm`s management to lead teams as a project manager for the Implementation of Oracle Business Solutions. During my tenure as project manager I learned the basic principles of Project Management and successfully abled myself with the same with time and experience. Used multiple applications like Click Up and Asana to track progress of projects. Also prepared Business Intelligence dashboards by fetching data from different modules and presenting KPIs for the executive management using ETL.
