Major Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurpose: The purpose of this role is to manage apartment operations, leasing and financial oversight for a group of properties.-Manage leasing staff to ensure efficiencies of the property-Manage maintenance staff to maintain the overall asset-Ensure accuracy of information in leasing and rents program-Ensure that financial and profitability are managed to meet budget goals-Developing annual property budget-Serve as a public face of the property with the local community, owners, competitive properties, vendors etc.-Ensure resident and associate satisfaction-Manage collection of income for 330 residents-Manage and control access to and use of key inventory-Perform all aspects of training, hiring, performance evaluations and coaching for department-Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors and/or contractors-Ensure proper management, storage and handling of chemicals following MSDS local, city, state and federal procedures and standards and policies established by the organization-Comply with all organization policies, procedures and standards-Provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner to guests, residents, staff and vendors

Supervise: Reservation Supervisor, Desk Supervisor, GSR, Reservationists, Night AuditorMaintain a high quality of services offered to guests through management of the functional areas of reservations, guest registration, telephone services and guest accounting so as to maintain established operational standards and maximize profits of the hotel.
