I am the Client Care Specialist here at FYZICAL Mooresville Town Square. I am originally from and grew up in Georgia. I have lived in the Charlotte area since 2014. I have over 25 years of experience in the medical field, including physical therapy. In my experience, I have held positions from medical billing, front desk, to the back office and office manager.I enjoy working with people and am an innate problem solver! I have huge compassion for our patients. And I take great pride in providing outstanding customer service, particularly with insurance verification, scheduling, and billing.I was eager to join FYZICAL because of the team of people I work with every day, and the opportunity to help our community.I enjoy spending time with my husband Cliff, son Austin, daughters Rebecca and Katie; and my German Shepherd, Willow. I am also a college football enthusiast and a life long fan of the Georgia Bulldogs. My hobbies include spending time on Lake Norman, playing golf, and volunteering with animal rescue.
