Oversaw all business operations for a multi-million dollar 261-unit apartment building. Maintained affordable housing program of 56 apartments by processing all applicants and Re-certifications on an annual basis. I was also responsible for maintaining a monthly budget including submitting invoices and variance reports monthly. Partnered with Service Manager to manage capital wish list and coordinated capital expense projects with Regional Managers. Responsible for a team of 9 associates and provided onsite training to new hires. Worked with the training department to on-board newly hired Community Managers and Assistant Mangers. Assisted residents with customer service issues and partnered with local agencies to provide rental assistance to those in need.
