Customer Service Representative
CurrentAs a champ Va representative it is my duty to provide quality care to providers and members with any and all questions about ChampVA, its coverage, to help assist with claims and their processing. I make sure to maintain great numbers for productivity and keep myself on track with being productive as well. I attend group team meetings to keep up with my fellow employees and managers. Along with assisting callers I have also started doing Provider matching, where I help connect claims with the proper provider information. Working from home has helped keep me focused and help make for a quiet work environment. I really enjoy being able to help people out by providing the best quality of service, ensuring they get the right information they need to put them at ease.
