Lead several engineering productivity and customer experience initiatives. Created of a web app using Node.JS and React that allows engineers and customers to save hours during the configuration of their devices, as well as help in testing decoding and encoding packets sent via LoRaWAN.Prototyped a demo displayed at The Things Conference 2020 in Amsterdam which showed customers a simplified device configuration workflow, allowing non-technical users to configure and start receiving data within a few clicks, instead of spending hours with a technical team.Prototyped the Contact Tracing solution using existing devices. Lead the initial successful product demonstration. Helped the transition from prototype to production of the solution over several month of rapid product development. Implemented testing protocols for new devices as well as performed calibration of the BLE (Bluetooth 5.0) part of the system.
