Taylor D. Murray is Associate General Counsel (AGC) for bswift. Taylor has substantial experience handling commercial and technology contracts and data privacy matters, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. As bswift’s AGC, Taylor (i) owns day-to-day legal operations for commercial legal transactions; (ii) develops, structures, drafts, negotiates and advises on a variety of technology and commercial transactions (inbound and outbound) including customer-facing SaaS, Vendor, Channel, NDAs, DPAs BAAs, data, IT services and licensing; (iii) provides advice and counsel regarding data privacy matters; and (iv) assists with the creation, updating and maintaining of commercial legal processes, contract templates, playbooks, SOPs. Taylor received a B.A. in Public Relations Management from Clark Atlanta University and a J.D. from The University of Georgia School of Law. Taylor is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
