As a Transition Specialist I oversaw the transfer of entire books of business and assets under management for Financial Advisors to competitive firms. I worked directly with the FA to ensure that their transition goes smoothly for their team and clients.

As a Chase Private Client Banker I was entrusted with presenting to affluent clients the reasons they should trust myself and Chase with their entire financial profile. I would set a weekly schedule to meet sales goals, new client goals, service requirements and general customer upkeep to ensure that new and existing clients all received the same 1st class treatment. While maintaining top tier sales numbers I simultaneously maintained my role as the Manager on Duty for the branch. This role allowed me to continue to not only manage the branch with no assistance, but gave me authority to make judgement calls to ensure the smooth operation of the branch for extended periods. I was also tasked with managing the branch's many small business clients. This involved bringing in new businesses ranging in size from small beauty supply shops to large multi-million dollar medical technology corporations and helping them grow their business.
