I strive for continuous improvement: in my knowledge, my skills, my experience, and my ability to support my clients and improve their operations and their worlds. I am always interested in trying new skills, new tech, new ideas, and new experiences. My passion is for delighting customers with creative, efficient solutions to their biggest business problems. I have been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and both a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) by the Scrum Alliance. In a typical project, I:- Coordinated the efforts of IT with logistics, legal / compliance, marketing, finance / accounting, and other work streams as needed to implement project by the agreed-upon date.- Determined the appropriate software configuration for launch using contracts and interviews with client and sales team, and ensure parameters and understood and properly configured.- Ensured launch plans are compliant with SOX and other audit requirements.- Identified high-risk areas and adjusted launch plans accordingly.- Managed client expectations, focusing on critical path items with potential to impact implementation date.- Identified and resolved process gaps for deployment of custom software solutions.- Ran all internal and client-facing status meetings.- Reported project status to internal and external audiences at multiple levels. - Maintained thorough record of project requirements and status in MS SharePoint and Project Server, including progress toward milestones and issue status / resolution.- Managed the pre-launch Go/No Go decision process, identifying potential roadblocks and driving solution to successfully deliver the project.- Captured project lessons learned and identified ways to improve the launch process.
