Health Clinic Commander responsible for the health and wellness of over 11,000 eligible beneficiaries in the Stuttgart, Germany community. Directs the provision of ambulatory healthcare services and is responsible for the coordination and management of inpatient, emergency and specialty care provided by the only DoD Medical Center in Europe or through the Management Care Support Contractor for TRICARE Europe. Ensures the Soldiers of the clinic are a ready and deployable medical force and supports the medical readiness of the entire Joint force in the Stuttgart community, including two Combatant Commands. Manages an annual budget of over $9.5 million, responsible for more than $2.5 million of medical equipment, and provides leadership to a clinic staff of more than 140 Soldiers, Civilians, contract and local national team members.

Synchronizes medical efforts in support of deploying BCTs as well as assumption of the Pacific Command response force. Provides medical expertise, support and 25ID representation for Division and Schofield Barracks installation programs and forums. Provides clinical care and consultation to the Commanding General and staff as needed.
