I don't mind working under pressure, when the situation demands it, and I can work very quickly and efficiently when called upon to do so, which my supervisors have done numerous times through the years.I have over nine years of experience working within an engineering department with a considerable spectrum of experience: CAD modeling, technical illustration, technical writing, technical editing, and document lifecycle management.I have extensive experience with Pro/Engineer/Creo Parametric, Adobe Illustrate, ArborText IsoDraw, Adobe FrameMaker, PageMaker, Acrobat, and PhotoShop, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. I quickly learned the skills in these sofware packages, and taught coworkers how to use these tools to accomplish team objectives.I have been tasked to train new personnel in my department for years, instilling within them the necessary skills with the software, as well as the proper procedures to accomplish the objectives of the team.I have completed several courses relative to Technical Documentation: Technical Editing Foundations, Technical Communication I and II, and Technical Writing.I began learning XML/DITA in order to transition my team into Structured Authoring using FrameMaker 2019.I develop and maintain good relationships with supervisors, team members, engineering, prototype, assembly, marketing, customer service, and dealers.
