I am fortunate to have walked along side a few mentors, coaches and influencers who allowed me to learn and develop the best version of me--not just emulate them.Curiosity. Compassion. Empathy. These characteristics are ones I hold in high regard. I live to speak into other people's lives: to speak in truth, love and grace--in that order. As the training and development manager in a fast growing public managed behavioral healthcare organization, through intentional and strategic collaboration with business units, we scaled up the L&D needs of a staff of 450 to over 1,000 and still growing. I've been successfully leading, training, coaching & speaking across many business sectors, public and private, County, State and Federal governmental entities for a few decades.
