Created and developed community engagement strategy and advises senior leaders on implementation to foster and maintain positive relationships with local and regional community partners, key influencers, government offices, and civic groups. Plans and coordinates the Army’s participation in community engagement events including media events, air shows, concerts, parades, and major sporting events. Serves as on-site communications representative and liaison at public events.

Led a highly talented and diverse cross-functional team providing administrative, logistics, training, and operational support to several teams spread across Europe and Southwest Asia. Coordinated the approval and distribution of information and media content to promote US and NATO objectives abroad and counter foreign misinformation and disinformation. Routinely travelled to US Embassies in Europe to supervise and support messaging efforts and advise senior leaders in the military, US Department of State, and foreign governments in Europe.

Advised US Ambassador, Department of State, and senior US and foreign military leaders on strategic communication efforts and assessments on their effectiveness. Planned, coordinated, and led hundreds of targeted meetings with Iraqi tribal and government leaders and key influencers to publicly promote US and Iraqi national security interests in the media. Assisted in the creation, development, and approval of strategic messaging content to inform and influence internal and external audiences.
