Primary market focus in New York, New Jersey and the Westchester County area of Connecticut. Product lines include temporary staffing / contracting needs supporting the finance & accounting and technology disciplines, as well as direct hire / permanent placement needs for these same disciplines.

Create market penetration strategies, utilizing a 30+ person sales organization, collectively responsible for annual revenue generation exceeding $60M. Led an impressive sales team that collectively delivered 24% year-over-year revenue growth in 2011. Primary focus in driving sales in the Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island markets. Lived and worked in Paris, France for 2 years, supporting this Fidelity Investments owned global software and services provider of multi-national HR business solutions, specializing primarily in payroll processing software. Responsible for sales, client development and management for clients based in the UK, Switzerland, Benelux, Germany and Italy. Responsible for software change related to clients in these countries. Managed the IT infrastructure team. Successfully managed the renegotiation of 500+ contracts with existing clients to reduce / eliminate certain risks and liabilities associated with the original purchase of this business.

Led all sales, marketing, product development and client relationship management for this privately held software product sales company within the Fidelity Investments Capital portfolio. Developed, sold and maintained a suite of software products supporting the Trust & Custody administration, Portfolio Management and Performance Measurement departments of large, US banks. Successfully renegotiated all existing customer contracts, due to contractual commitments that required modification. Developed a technology blueprint to build two new software products that were added to our product suite, that could be cross-sold to our existing clients. Direct responsibility for restoring credibility with all existing clients and ultimately growing and further developing each relationship.
