About Tena Dameron
I started my sales career with business to business over twenty years ago in a purchase order sales atmosphere where I secured sales in the millions growing year over year. Eventually, I paved new ground in the biopharmaceutical industry having been trained by the world’s largest pharmaceutical company all the while bringing low performing territories to high ranking bench mark territories using the business skills learned through my experience. I excel at successfully navigating complex selling situations and reimbursement issues necessary to achieve maximum pull through. I sell daily in an environment where differentiation beyond the clinical aspects of a product are necessary.
