With Fuji Xerox Singapore, I was tasked to service customer’s electro-mechanical equipment, e.g. scanner, fax, printer and copier which includes installation of new machines at customer's site, perform routine preventive maintenance and conduct training for customers on machine usage. Due to my IT background, I was tasked to give basic IT product training for fellow service engineers and follow up challenging tasks for fellow service engineers.
