• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to understand the context of cases including the issue and how to use analytic techniques to carry out requirements (which requires translating high-level requirements into detailed steps)• Query databases and manipulate data to identify correction population, financials, and create execution files using account, customer, and transaction level data• Ensure analytics steps are accurate through attention to detail and supporting the independent validation team with understanding case requirements and code• Use SAS macros or another tool to automate analytics steps which are repetitive between cases• Continuously develop skills to provide best-in-class analytics in treatment of customer issues.

 Manage a list of assigned contributors, such as Banks, Mortgage Companies, Student Loans, etc. Researching and Resolving data reporting issues on a daily basis. Audit data files received by new and existing contributors to verify that they are compliant with CDIA regulations. Generate Reports daily, weekly, and monthly for data contributors, as they reconcile, monitor, and re-mediate reporting issues on an on-going basis. Perform Data Audits on-site for data contributors and provide guidance on areas needed to be CDIA compliant. Work with data contributors going through conversions, mergers, data acquisitions, to maintain integrity of their reporting. Received a CDIA Certificate, renewed every two years. Participate in creating documents and in peer training. Travel for business on occasion.

 As weekend AM front desk clerk, I was the “Manager on Duty” Met with the Audit Shift to verify the cash drawer and exchange vital information.  Generated reports and assigned rooms to the housekeepers. Kept the head housekeeper informed of any new information that could change the guest’s room status and housekeeper’s scheduled rooms. Informed the shuttle driver of any runs to the airport.  Made sure that the requests from the guests were met in a timely manner Wrote reports as necessary to notify the General Manager of any Guest Complaints and Concerns that I did not have the authority to resolve. Took single or small group reservations. Checked in/out guests

 Reviewed, evaluated, and proofread detail for acceptance by rules and regulations instituted by in-house auditors. Prepared and distributed a monthly production report to management and staff. Created and updated procedures for training of new associates. Followed up on item(s) submitted for processing in “not in good order” status, to be resolved in a timely-manner Processed request(s) to recall money sent out in error. Updated material for Disaster Recovery Program on a quarterly basis.Accomplishments: Assisted in the prevention of losing a $500,000 business contract. Received several Customer Service Awards
