• Serving as the Controller responsible for the managerial and financial accounting, reporting, auditing, and budgeting for a subsidiary of TPK Group, a public company with $200 M in assets• Maintaining, reporting on, and closing the financial Accounting books for consolidated assets with $5M in monthly revenue including presentation of variance analysis and capital expending projects to cross-functional team of Senior Management • Implementing the plans and necessary actions to track the accuracy of usage for budgetary commitments to insure the appropriate alignment of budgeting activities and forecasting. • Developing the model to simulate the sales trend, profit margin, intercompany billing activities, and project expenditures by adapting SAP data and collaborating with the Corporate F&A team to forecast the future demand of consumer electronics market with projected capital expenditure accordingly. • Bridging the multi-projects with aspects of finance, accounting, supply chain and procurement to report, and presented schedules that tracked $60M in yearly revenues in relation to contractual obligations for presentation to Corporate Management Team.
