At the forefront of managing some of our most successful and largest programs, Teresa has contributed greatly to the Felix brand and represented us with a high level of customer service through her superior program management abilities.As a Senior Program Manager, she leads delivery on all Leadership Development programming which includes responsibilities such as project planning, implementation, monitoring program and providing feedback and/or analytics post program.. Teresa is responsible for product knowledge and customer management on our Assessment & Measurement business line which includes Felix’s suite of assessment tools, including 360°and Facet5™. She provides ongoing program and technical support to clients, while delivering against tight timeframes.

Teresa provides ongoing program and technical support to clients, while delivering against tight timeframes. Her expert computer skills allow Teresa to easily take on the lead role in conducting training for clients and internal staff on the technology and administrative side of each of our tools.Teresa is continually developing and maintaining extensive technical/product knowledge on new additions to the suite of assessment tools/products that Felix Global offers.
