Current challenges include closing our current Document Management Center (DMC) facility and transferring all to Voya’s new vendor of choice (Fiserv). Prior to this decision, I made key contributions to the bidding process to determine if Williams Lea Tag would continue as ING’s provider. Once the final decision was made, I became actively involved in engaging and navigating our staff through the successful closure of the plant and smooth transition to a new vendor.
