• Lead in the coordination of 600 + Afghan employees with the Force Protection Screening Cell in making sure all are eligible for work on Fob Salerno. • Transiting to various Fobs (Forward Operating bases TF Rakkasan &Duke) in Afghanistan administering the Afghan wkforce various amounts of training and implementing Afghan 1st criteria. • Database Administration: Lead in maintaining accurate data information, running queries, tracks progress of events such as time and attendance and development of various reports like monthly absenteeism. Updates various tables and reports that include; annual pay raises, terminations, behavioral counseling’s, and medical readiness. Archiving, storage and retrieval of records and documentation, both physical and electronic media• Site Representative for TF Duke: TF Duke consists of 5 Camps in Southren Afghanistan. As a Site Representative for Afghan 1st I am responsible for being the liaison between the Afghan 1st Regional office and each department that employs Afghan Citizens among the sites within the Task Order. I provided department level training of Afghan 1st procedures; work with departments to insure compliance through monthly reviews; resolve Afghan 1st issues; gather Good News Stories from departments; prepare weekly and monthly data for reporting to the Afghan 1st Regional Office; answer questions from Afghan employees and provide feedback to Afghan 1st and HR; and other duties as assigned. I assisted departments with the Afghan Employee Training System, which allows departments to document, and submit all training information regarding their Afghan employees back to the Afghan 1st Regional Office required for an employee’s promotion. I am also responsible for settling Afghan employees’ related issues within the area of operation and report to HR and Afghan first regional office for major issues.

• Local National (LN) Employment: Lead in the coordination and processing ofLN new hires and the assignment to camp sections and departments. In charge of monitoring LN issues to include the following: medical testing; LN interpreter testing; employment orientation; labor – management issues; Assigned department issues; payroll; and / or absenteeism. Worked directly with U.S. Military (Security Screening Cell) in making sure all LN’s remained eligible for hire/rehire on FOB Salerno, Afghanistan • Employee Services: Familiarization and periodic assistance with R&R and Leave Program, Job Posting Program and benefits.• Database Administration: Lead in maintaining accurate Data information, running queries, tracks progress of events such as time and attendance and development of various reports like monthly absenteeism.
