Works directly with the Deputy Program Manager to execute requirements for $100M Department of State (DOS) contract which provides secure and non-secure telephony at OCONUS embassies throughout the world, serving Overseas Building Operations via Foreign Post Telephone. Coordinates efforts among DOS, General Services Administration (GSA), and sub-contractors by supporting overseas personnel, assisting with deployments, and organizing associated internal financial accounts and contractual operations. Supports daily operations for a multi-year contract with DOS deploying Avaya Government Solution telephony systems, which includes, but is not limited to, coordinating program schedules, purchasing inventory, supplying labor and material quotes, tracking invoices, coordinating communications between government entities, creating monthly technical summaries, and/or providing resources.
