I'm Kimberly Ring, an education innovator passionate about transforming learning through technology.Growing up with educational challenges, I was fortunate to have teachers who helped me overcome these obstacles, sparking my passion for education. This passion drove me to a career dedicated to empowering both students and educators.My Journey from Classroom to Digital Education: From 2015 to 2020, I worked at Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy, powered by Stride Learning, where I discovered the profound impact of flexible, paced learning. This experience taught me that the classroom has no walls—it extends wherever there is a desire to learn. During my tenure, I was honored to receive the Elementary Teacher of the Year award three times.Empowering Educators: Currently, as a Portfolio Academic Administrator, I manage learning platforms and enhance instructional practices across schools. My role involves leading the implementation of game-based learning and AI integration, tailoring educational content to diverse learner needs.Previously, as a Talent Development Specialist, I enhanced teachers' instructional practices through collaborative learning and gamification, with teachers under my programs showing markedly higher evaluation scores.Looking Ahead: I am committed to integrating AI and game-based learning into curriculum development, aiming to create personalized educational experiences that equip every teacher and engage every student.Inspired by my own teachers, I am driven to lead and inspire educational transformations, ensuring all students have the opportunities they deserve to succeed.
