I was young and uneducated, and the agent was happy to wisk me blindly along to my first home purchase. I was just a number to pad her stats for the month, and I never heard from her again. I am still paying for that financial loss, and the frustration of that mistake is a huge reason I am passionate about helping others avoid the same mistakes.Real estate experiences can be better than that! Clients are too important to be pushed through like robots. Algorithms work for computers but you worth more than that!I love homes and have been deep into them since high school. I have built them from the ground up and remodeled 140 year old homes. My wife and I are privileged to be landlords of several properties in St. Paul. We are in the business of helping people transition well. When I'm not selling homes, I am often home with my wife and three kids trying to dream up some sort of adventure with them. We enjoy a good road trip in our old RV, simple living, and a close community of friends.
