Motivate sales managers and sales staff to hit daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Ensure all customer follow up is being completed, before during and after the sale. Maintain a positive environment for both retail customers and employees. Create and place effective, compelling and memorable advertising, while adhering to advertising budget. . Work with General Manager on forecasting and decision making processes; including the use of decision trees.

Procure and maintain $3,000,000 used vehicle inventory, ensure that inventory turn rates are within company standards, oversee vehicle reconditioning, travel to auctions to purchase vehicles for sale, train and motivate sales staff and management to keep used vehicle inventory fresh and selling. Create and place compelling used vehicle media advertising.
