As a design engineer at Moto-Trek, I helped to productionise existing vehicles through sourcing suppliers and creating and reviewing BoMs. In addition, I managed new projects from concept to manufacture, designing the furniture and auxiliaries for leisure vehicles in line with current British Standards and providing DXFs and technical drawings. This also includes preparing type approval and QC documents, and reviewing and managing warranty issues and repairs.

In addition to this, I assisted with the design and manufacture of bodywork and control systems.

Within this I dealt with complex assemblies in Catia V5 and completed Finite Element Analysis on components to ensure designs met regulations.
