-Plan and support planting activities for crew of up to 13 people in remote setting-Safely transport crew members and equipment (incl. trailers) to and from the work site -Actively participate in training and development of planters-Communicate effectively using a variety of equipment and encourage positive work experience-Utilize paper maps, gps, and sense of direction to navigate to and plan planting activities-Observe all driving/safety regulations including emergency procedures, use of PPE, and maintenance of driving related records (duty status sheets, CVORs)-Direct/participate in setup of camp including water supply systems, wall tents, latrines

-Plant prescribed species of tree in appropriate microsites in any weather condition-Take direction from foreman and adapt planting technique to maintain production objectives-Have a strong sense of direction in densely wooded areas-Maintain physical fitness to promote production and prevent injury-Maintain production reports to be submitted to foreman-Assist and support foreman in training of new planters-Communicate effectively with other crew members -Observe all safety regulations including evacuation procedure and use of PPE
