I have worked in a combination of Retail, Management and Student Support Officer (which focused on administration duties) throughout my career.Throughout my most recent role, I have found administration and data type roles have bring out the qualities I try to bring to all roles which are empathy, problem solving skills and teamwork throughout these roles.Some of my main achievements throughout are:-Creating multiple spreadsheets to help the efficency of the company processing over 500 clients each day.-Working with the manager of CeX to raise sales and move pay bonus bracket up within a year.-Multiple instances of conflict resolution across face-to-face customer service and phone lines.I hope to continue adding to these achievements and skills throughout all my job roles.
