FTL TAIL pools the tax benefits consisting of credits and depreciation losses into investment funds and allocates those benefits to mid-sized and institutional investors. Areas of concentration include extensive activity in low-income housing tax credits, New Markets tax credits for business development in underserved areas, and Renewable Energy Credits through solar array financing and installation.
