Over 10 years of leading a warehouse workforce with shifts of up to 130 team members. I served as a department Safety Committee co-chair helping to establish and improve upon an already stellar safety record. I maintain a focus on continuous improvement through generating new ideas and soliciting ideas from those closest to the work. I have extensive experience implementing vision-guided robots in warehouse operations including the training of the machines, route development, and troubleshooting. I am working to expand my network to leverage the skills and ideas of others to help drive change in my environment. I aim to lead by example and help build strong, cohesive teams.
