I am currently working as a Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA) Problem Solver at Amazon Fulfillment Center. I am an ICQA Trainer and Process Guide where I fill in for the assistant manager when they are unavailable or when we need more coverage for the department. I collaborate with coworkers and area managers to coordinate assignments that need to be completed and ensure quality of products and jobs are met. I work closely with multiple departments to fix issues that arise. During my time Problem Solving I save the company over $100,000 a year and train employees to accomplish business objectives and train new ICQA Problem Solvers. I preform inventory and performance audits across multiple departments, staff associates, and ensure the needs of the associates are met by answering their questions, helping them with problems, and addressing issues that arise. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
