Subsequently, managed housing programs grants consisting of a VA (SSVF) grant and a HUD (Rapid Rehousing) grant as well as USAA Veteran Housing grant.

Provided strategic management consulting services to for-profit and non-profit organizations in the San Antonio, TX area.

Transformational leadership, direction, focus and management for a chamber of commerce serving a geographic sector undergoing tremendous growth and change. Established a solid business foundation for future operations. Reconciled two years of accounting in arrears and streamlined bookkeeping, fundraising and annual events. Implemented an annual budget with regular management reports. Developed new marketing materials. Paid down long-stagnant lines of credit by 50% and established a program for full debt payoff in 2 years. Expanded social media presence and outreach. Established new committees for Community Stewardship and Eagle Ford Shale oil and natural gas business engagement. Revitalized the City South Leadership Academy - a 9 month program of training and philanthropy for and by current and future Southside leaders - with upgraded curriculum, programs and publicity that resulted in a tripling of enrollment within one year. Forged solid relationships with government, community, media and business organizations. Published articles and delivered numerous presentations and interviews highlighting the growth of the Southern Sector of San Antonio.

Operational leadership and administration of an International Business Law Firm headquartered in San Antonio, Texas with three additional U.S. offices and six offices in Mexico. Implemented international standardization, communication and equivalency measures. Provided daily leadership and management for Project Endurance - a systematic approach to ensure survival and strength during the economic crisis of 2009 through 2011 that resulted in consistent profitability during this critical 3-year period. Directed a new office construction and move-in project in McAllen, Texas with no interruption of service or loss of revenue as well as the start-up of two new offices (Austin and Dallas).

Management of all administrative functions for a dynamic San Antonio Law Firm specializing in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense and Business Law with annual revenues in excess of $10 million and a nationwide client base. Functioned as Chief Operating Officer for all aspects of day to day operations. Directed an expansion from one floor of occupancy to three floors while simultaneously installing a new practice-management software system without an interruption in revenue generation. Developed a new suite of management reports tailored for the shareholders with immediate secure online access capability. Implemented an IT security system and effective data backup systems. Leveraged contacts within the Alamo Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) to ensure best business practices, consistently low overhead costs and the best possible insurance rates for business, professional liability and medical/dental insurance - served on the Board of Directors of this organization for 5 consecutive years culminating as President in 2007. Honored as Alamo ALA Chapter Administrator of the Year in 2007.
