An experienced supply chain and logistics professional with a background in driving supply chain improvements in the retail sector. Much of my work has been office based but I have always spent time within distribution centers both 3PL and owned as part of my role and enjoy opportunities to take a more hands on approach. I have experience in global supply chain management, from monitoring supplier performance to, identifying alternative routings for orders to improve efficiencies and margins. I have worked on a number of business change projects including working with software developers using 'agile' methods to develop some bespoke software packages.
