I was in charge of the out of town store which was on a retail park in the Glasgow area and I managed the store with over 30 staff. This ranged from assistant managers to floor managers and built up of sales consultants. The turn over of the store was over 3 million pounds.I was in control of the sales and the productivity in the store and managed the store KPI'S

I manage blacks store and a millets store and support the area manager when they are on holiday and over see the area and report anything to the regional manager. I also deliver all K.P.I.S and deliver expert customer service through all my staff to achieve sales targets and hit conversion targets set by the company.

I was a deputy Manager in the flagship store and managed 8 dept managers and over 150 staff and controlled a store payroll budget of 20k a week which was such a good learning skill and also managed a turn over 20 million which has been the biggest turn over I have managed so far.
