With over eight years of experience in the banking industry, I am passionate about providing tailored solutions and exceptional service to small and medium enterprises. As the Regional Director of South Australia at Judo Bank, I lead a team of relationship directors who work with clients across various sectors, such as agriculture, manufacturing, and retail. I also oversee the risk management, business analysis, and compliance functions of the region, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. I have completed multiple industry training courses that have enhanced my skills and knowledge in finance, lending, and customer relationship management. Outside of work, I am an avid rower and a coach at Scotch College, Perth, where I help young athletes develop their physical and mental abilities, as well as their teamwork and leadership skills. I am driven by the mission of Judo Bank to disrupt the traditional banking model and create a more human and customer-centric approach.
